For Employers

IT recruitment agency in Pakistan

Engineering, mobile, DevOps, data and QA hiring across borders — remote, relocating, or into a new office abroad. Your team and your next engineer don't have to be in the same country.

Technical hiring across borders

The employer and the engineer are rarely in the same country. A London company staffing a Dubai office, a US business opening its first team abroad, a Gulf employer sponsoring someone from Pakistan or the Philippines — the brief changes, and so does which market we search.

That is the work: deciding where the right engineers actually are for a given role and budget, then running one process across both countries. Whether the hire ends up working remotely, relocating on a sponsored visa, or sitting in a new local office is a decision we help you make rather than one you have to bring us.

Strong engineers are not short of options in any of these markets, and they are usually already employed. A four-stage process with a week between each stage loses them to whoever moved faster. So does an offer built without knowing what they are actually comparing it against — which, across borders, means knowing the local package norms on both sides.

We're paid 18% of first-year salary, only when your hire starts, with a 90-day replacement guarantee. If you're hiring engineers continuously rather than occasionally, a dedicated recruiter usually works out cheaper.

What we screen — and what we don't

We don't assess code, and we won't claim to. What a recruiter can establish properly is what someone actually built rather than what their stack list implies, why they're leaving, what they want next, their notice period and the number they'll accept. Getting that right is most of the value.

Technical assessment stays with your engineers, where it belongs. Our job is to make sure the four people they spend time on are worth the time — not to add a screening stage they'd have to redo.

Two things to settle before you start

Both are cheap to decide early and expensive to discover at offer stage

Time zone, settled first

Pakistan is UTC+5. That is a workable overlap with the UK and most of Europe, a partial one with the US East Coast, and a hard problem with the West Coast unless someone shifts hours. Decide what overlap the role actually needs before the first interview, not at offer stage — it is the most common reason a good process falls apart late.

Contracting model, settled second

Whether the person is an employee of a local entity, a contractor, or hired through an employer of record changes the take-home figure a candidate is comparing against, and therefore what offer wins. We'll flag which you need to have answered; the legal and tax advice has to come from your own advisers.

Both are covered in more depth in our guide to hiring remote teams in Pakistan.

Common questions

Can you hire developers in Pakistan for a US or UK company?

Yes — it is the majority of our technical work. The candidates are hired into your team on your terms; we handle sourcing, screening and the offer. The practical questions are usually time zone overlap and contracting model, and both are worth settling before the first interview rather than at offer stage.

How do you screen developers if you aren't engineers yourselves?

We don't pretend to assess code. We screen for the things a recruiter can genuinely establish — what someone actually built rather than what the stack list claims, why they left, what they want next, notice period and salary expectation — and we get that in front of your engineers quickly instead of wasting their time on a long list. Technical assessment stays with you, where it belongs.

Which technical roles do you fill most often?

Backend, frontend and full-stack engineering, mobile, QA, DevOps and data roles, plus the product and engineering management around them. If a role is far outside that, we will tell you rather than take the brief and be slow.

Tell us the role and we'll tell you if we can fill it

One short message is enough to start. If a brief is outside what we do well, we'll say so rather than take it and be slow — and you pay 18% of first-year salary only once your hire starts.
