Talentrix is a recruitment and hiring services agency. We provide recruitment services to employers and connect job seekers with opportunities across United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Middle East, Asia.

These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it. By using the site, registering for our talent pool, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

For employers, we provide candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and placement services. Commercial terms — including fees — are set out in a separate written agreement between us and are not created by this website.

For job seekers, we provide free access to our talent pool, resume-building tools and career content. We never charge candidates a fee for placement, and we will never ask you to pay to be considered for a role.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you submit any form on this site, and to keep it up to date. Submitting a CV or profile that misrepresents your identity, qualifications or work history may result in removal from our talent pool.

You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or to extract data from the site by automated means.

You retain ownership of everything you submit, including your CV, profile details and any documents you upload.

By submitting them, you grant us permission to store that material and to share it with prospective employers for the purpose of considering you for roles. We will not sell your data, and we will not share your CV with an employer without a legitimate recruitment purpose.

You can ask us to remove your data at any time by emailing us — see section 9.

The resume builder runs entirely in your browser. Drafts are saved to your own device's local storage and are not transmitted to us unless you separately choose to join our talent pool.

Clearing your browser data will delete any saved draft. We cannot recover it for you.

Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, an interview, or a placement. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

Equally, nothing here is a guarantee that any given role will be filled within a stated timeframe. Any service levels we commit to are those in your signed agreement with us.

This site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content such as maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email contact@talentrix.co.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Commercial agreements with clients in other jurisdictions may specify a different governing law, and where they do, that agreement takes precedence over this section.
