Nothing, at any stage. Not to join the pool, not to use the resume builder, not to be put forward for a role, and not when you are hired. Our fee is paid by the employer, as a percentage of the salary they agree with you — it never comes out of your pay.
That matters beyond the money. An agency charging candidates has an incentive to sign up as many as possible; one paid on placements only earns when someone is actually hired and stays. If any recruiter asks you for a registration, processing or placement fee, that is not how legitimate recruitment works.
