We share the roles our clients are hiring for. You refer candidates from your own network, and you earn a commission when one of them is hired.
What the arrangement is
We work with independent recruiters alongside our own consultants. When a client gives us a role, we share what they are looking for with the recruiters who cover that kind of work, and any of them can put a candidate forward. Our clients hire across United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Middle East, Asia.
Joining costs $5 once. After that you have hundreds of roles to work, and you work them with your own network — we do not provide sourcing tools or a candidate database.
Commission is a fixed amount per role, paid when your candidate is hired, so what a role is worth to you depends on the role rather than on a percentage of anything. Across the roles we run it has ranged from $500 to $5,000. Nothing is payable to you on a submission, an interview or a shortlist — only on a hire.

What you get from us
- The requirement in writing — role, seniority, location, and what the client actually cares about
- Direct contact with the consultant who took the brief, so you can ask before you spend a day sourcing
- The client relationship, interview scheduling and the offer stage, handled by us
- The commission agreed up front, so you know what a placement is worth before you work it
What we don't offer
- Sourcing tools. No LinkedIn Recruiter, no Indeed subscription, no CV database — you work your own network with your own resources.
- A public list of live vacancies. Most of the roles we fill are never advertised, which is most of the reason this works at all.
- Employment. This is a referral arrangement, not a job — there is no salary and no hours.
- Anything a candidate pays for. Candidates never pay us, and they must never pay you either.
If it is a permanent role you are after rather than referral work, join the talent pool and we will treat you like any other candidate.
